Abstract

Basic education in swimming: swim technique, diving and artistic swimming

Objective

All swimming disciplines: - know and understand the individual basic techniques - improvement of individual technical skills

Content

- Schwimmen: Erwerben und festigen der Schwimmtechniken Rücken, Brust und Kraul sowie Grundform Schmetterling. Erwerben und Festigen Start und Wenden Kraul und Brust. - Wasserspringen: Erwerben und festigen Grundtechniken Eintauchen und Abspringen aus verschiedenen Ausgangspositionen und Absprunghöhen. Einzelne Kernsprünge. - Artistic Swimming: Erwerben und festigen Wassertreten, Paddeln, einzelne Grundfiguren.
