Abstract

Successful completion of the course “Assessment Polysports” is requirement for access to further practical sport courses. Basic skills in ball games, athletics, gymnastics, fitness, and dance are repeated and tested.

Objective

Students acquire fundamental competencies in the areas of team sports, athletics, dance, fitness, and gymnastics. Upon completion of the course, they are able to: - apply basic technical and tactical skills in selected team sports in an appropriate manner - perform fundamental motor skills in the disciplines of running, jumping, and throwing in a coordinated and technically correct manner and achieve defined performance levels - execute key basic elements on various apparatus safely, in a controlled manner, and with proper movement quality - perform simple movement sequences and choreographies with rhythmic precision, coordination, and expressiveness - perform a guided aerobic sequence consisting of basic steps in time with music, and instruct it using clear directions and counting
