Abstract

"Project-based Education" (PBE). This course aims to enhance the knowledge and competency of students regarding their innovation capability and their ability to foster creativity in teams. The goal of the course's project work is to develop, implement and evaluat either a creativity workshop or a creativity skill training.

Objective

- Reading and applying research papers on individual and team creativity - Evaluating and developing individual and team skills for creativity - Facilitating idea generation and development in teams - Observing and developing cooperation and communication in innovation teams

Content

- The creative thinking prozess - Prerequisites of creativity - Individual competence clusters: exploring problems, being open, self-awareness, building up willpower - Team competence clusters: practicing psychological safety, supporting ideas, pushing the frontiers, creating and sharing a vision - Team development, creativity methods and workshop facilitation
