Abstract
Using video recordings of their own and other teachers’ lessons, self-feedback, and peer feedback, participants analyze and optimize their own teaching behavior in physics lessons.
Objective
Students are aware of the impact of their own teaching style. Based on feedback, they are able to plan and implement improvements.
Content
Individual and group exercises, presentations for course participants and school classes, video feedback. Short theory inputs : attracting and maintaining attention, use of space, tools of rhetoric, instruments of communication in the classroom, spoken and written language, visualization, use of media.
