Abstract
Korean II builds on the course Korean I and corresponds to level A1.2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. It aims to deepen basic knowledge of modern Korean for everyday communication, expand their vocabulary, and strengthen their confidence in familiar daily situations.
Objective
Participants consolidate and extend the knowledge acquired in Korean I. They learn to talk about familiar topics such as hobbies, plans, travel, and experiences, to understand and produce simple coherent sentences, and to make suggestions and recommendations. The focus remains on developing oral communication skills at level A1.2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. In addition, the course integrates cultural content to enhance participants’ understanding of everyday life in Korea and to foster intercultural competence.
