Abstract
This intermediate-level course targets participants who are at the B1/B2 independent user level. It deals with current topics, and with subjects of interest in various areas of personal, academic and professional life. Through themes specific to Brazilian society, participants are able to understand essential aspects of Brazilian culture.
Objective
Participants are able to understand and express themselves fluently and clearly in a variety of contexts; to describe events, experiences, dreams, desires, and ambitions; to explain and justify plans, and opinions; to converse and tell stories fluently and spontaneously; to write expository texts; and to convey information and give reasons for a particular point of view.
