Abstract
This course deepens students’ understanding of agricultural economics by linking theoretical concepts with practical applications through literature-based research. Assessment is based on a term paper and presentation grounded in economic theory.
Objective
The course enables students to deepen their theoretical understanding of agricultural economics and apply this knowledge to analyze and discuss current research topics. It also strengthens students’ abilities in critical literature review, academic writing, presentation, and peer feedback.
Content
Students will choose from a range of topics related to ongoing research projects within the Agricultural Economics and Policy Group and the Food Systems Economics and Policy Group. Available topics will be introduced in the first week of the semester.
