Abstract

The Bachelor's Thesis promotes the student's ability to work independently in a scientific manner. By doing so, students show that they have the basic scientific skills and specific knowledge from the courses as well as from the literature. The Bachelor Thesis is carried out in the area of the specialisation and is completed with a written report.

Objective

Students learn to: a) work on a problem using scientific methods and concepts b) carry out analyses correctly, to document them and to interpret their results c) write a report according to scientific standards and to cite the literature used correctly

Content

The Bachelor Thesis usually consists of: - Literature study of approx. 2 weeks - Practical part of approx. 3 weeks (field, laboratory, etc.) - Written work of approx. 3 weeks
