Abstract
Do you want to design and lead workshops that keep participants curious, active, and motivated? This course gives you the practical tools and confidence to plan, facilitate, and debrief engaging learning experiences in any context. You will learn how to structure sessions, guide group processes, and create an atmosphere where learning comes alive.
Objective
This hands-on course allows you to design, lead, and debrief workshops with guidance from experts and peers. You’ll go through the full workshop development process, practice facilitation, and gain valuable insights through observation and feedback. What You’ll Gain: - Design & Structure Workshops: Learn to tailor workshops to diverse participant needs and learning objectives. - Facilitation Mastery: Guide group dynamics, maintain engagement and foster collaboration. - Debriefing Expertise: Conduct meaningful debriefs to evaluate outcomes and support participant growth. - Personal Growth: Receive expert feedback on your facilitation style, refine your approach, and moderate and facilitate while being observed. - Theoretical Integration: Apply frameworks into your practice to elevate the quality and clarity of your facilitation.
