Abstract
This course teaches the basics of the physiology and anatomy of the human body.
Objective
This course focuses on understanding the physiological mechanisms of the human body, with an emphasis on healthy individuals, supplemented by examples of clinically important disorders and diseases. Taking an integrative approach, the course spans from molecular mechanisms to the complex interactions of organs within the whole organism. Anatomy is discussed where necessary or helpful for understanding physiological function.
