Abstract

This lecture builds on students' foundational coaching skills by enhancing their capacity to facilitate workshops effectively. Through a blended approach combining theory, practice workshops, and real case applications, students will develop core facilitation skills. They will learn to design, lead, and debrief workshops that engage participants and promote learning.

Objective

- Design and structure workshops to meet diverse participant needs and learning objectives - Apply facilitation techniques to guide group dynamics and maintain engagement - Conduct debriefs to evaluate workshop outcomes and support participant learning - Reflect on and refine personal facilitation style through feedback and self-assessment - Integrate theoretical frameworks to enhance facilitation practices
