Abstract
Introduction to the concepts and tools of physics with the aid of demonstration experiments: mechanics and oscillations
Objective
Students know and understand the basic concepts of scientific and physical descriptions of nature. They understand the concepts and laws of mechanics and can apply them in practical example tasks. Students can identify, communicate and solve physical problems in their own scientific field.
Content
motion, Newton's axioms, work and energy, conservation of momentum, rotational motion, deformable bodies and fluids, oscillations
Resources
Literature
The lecture contains elements of: Paul A. Tipler and Gene P. Mosca, "Physik für Wissenschaftler und Ingenieure", Springer Spektrum.
