Abstract

Introduction to the theory of vector spaces for students of mathematics or physics: Basics, vector spaces, linear transformations, solutions of systems of equations, matrices, determinants, endomorphisms, eigenvalues, eigenvectors.

ACHTUNG: Die folgenden Angaben betreffen den JAHRESKURS Lineare Algebra I und II (Sessionsprüfung schriftlich 210 Minuten).Die während der beiden Semester angebotenen Lernelemente messen die aktive Teilnahme am Übungsbetrieb, was in mehreren Teilschritten mit bis zu 0.25 Notenpunkten benotet wird. Dieser Bonus von 0 bis 0.25 wird ungerundet zu der ungerundeten Note aus der Prüfung addiert; das Resultat wird zur Endnote gerundet.Die Details zu diesem Bonus werden auf der Vorlesungswebseite geregelt.The final exam(s) will be in both languages (German and English), and students will be able to choose in which language to take the exam.
