Abstract

This course offers the foundation to advanced consideration for structural analysis. This includes the solution of indeterminate systems via use of the Deformation Method and Matric Structural Analysis, as well as the solution of systems with nonlinear material behavior (e.g. due to plasticity).

Objective

Mastering the methods of analysis for statically indeterminate beam and frame structures Extending the understanding of the response of beam and frame structures by accounting for plasticity effects Ability to reasonably interpret and check the results of numerical analyses

Sie erhalten zusätzliche Hilfsmittel (gemäß Baustatik II Webseite) und müssen diese nicht auf Ihre Zusammenfassung schreiben. Alle nicht-programmierbaren Taschenrechner, ohne ext. Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten, gemäß Liste D-BAUG, sind erlaubt.
Freiwilliges Lernelement: 4 von 6 erfolgreich gelöste und abgegebene MATLAB-Übungen können insgesamt zu einer Erhöhung der Gesamtnote der Lerneinheit im Umfang von maximal 0.25 Notenpunkten führen. Die Maximalnote 6 für die Lerneinheit kann auch erreicht werden, wenn nur die Schlussprüfung absolviert wird.
