Abstract

This course provides practical training in genomic data management and analysis for master's, PhD, and postdoctoral students, focusing on high-throughput sequencing, reproducibility, and report writing. This is not a copy-and-paste exercise; critical thinking and independent analysis are essential for mastering the material.

Objective

The course is divided into several sub-areas, each with specific learning objectives. While the overall goal is to master the reproducible analysis of high-throughput molecular sequencing data, each section focuses on specific skills and concepts to build a comprehensive understanding.
