Abstract

In diesem Seminar werden diverse kombinatorische Resultate der Mengenlehre behandelt. Einige der Resultate sind Konsequenzen des Auswahlaxioms (wie z.B. das Banach-Tarski Paradoxon), andere Resultate sind Konsequenzen der Kontinuumshypothese (wie z.B. die Existenz von "magic sets"), wieder andere Resultate sind bereits in ZF beweisbar.

Objective

Ziel der Vorlesung ist, die logischen und mengentheoretischen Grundlagen der Mathematik zu verstehen und Techniken der unendlichen Kombinatorik kennenzulernen.
