Foundations of Leading Change

Abstract
This course introduces participants to new perspectives and tools for leading change. It incorporates established models and frameworks to build a human-centric understanding of how change happens, both at an individual and organizational level. Participants learn how to engage others in change processes and begin crafting their own approach to leadership.
Objective
Participants acquire skills to authentically navigate uncertainty and resistance in times of change, and practice using some foundational techniques for fostering collaborative dialogue and creating supportive environments for change.
