Abstract

Spatial data science is a subset of Data Science that focuses on the unique characteristics of spatial data. The seminar will cover important topics as well as seminal and current research papers from the domain of spatial data science. The course will mainly consist of readings and discussion.

Objective

Students will get an overview of important research topics and methods in the field of Spatial Data Science. They will also discuss and present some of the papers.
