Module 7: Organization and Processes
Modul 7: Organisation und Prozesse
Last Updated: 2026-02-05 16:38:56
Abstract
Key terms: Holocracy, organisational structures, contract models, ordering requirements, competences
Objective
Module 7 is about questions that are asked of digital services and about " customer competence" for the procurement of relevant data and information during the creation of the project and its subsequent use. On the other hand, it is about the competences that organisations will require of applicants in the future and the expectations that applicants should have of organisations and companies. Learners are enabled to understand concepts, processes or competences and to apply them in practice: - Holocracy - Foresight / Resilience - incentive systems - contracts - EIR
Content
We learn about the new value systems (incentives). These value schemes all project participants can contribute and benefit from, and create more resilience for all. We learn about methods, services, products and standards that take into account the entire life cycle "cradle-to-cradle" and include the effects of asset measures. We understand the importance of reliable and comprehensible data and learn to distinguish between important and less important information in context.
