Abstract

Overview of law and legal system as wells as constitutional law relevant to spatial planning; overview of spatial planning, construction and environmental laws. Distribution of tasks between state and private sector; sovereign action versus cooperative forms of action.

Objective

Knowing the diverse areas of spatial planning law and understanding the interrelations. Approaching practical problems from a legal perspective, determining and interpreting the legal bases and developing possible solutions. Understanding legal thinking and methods.
