Abstract

This course will describe the fundamental building blocks of modern electronics, the semiconductor devices. It includes important practical aspects such as manufacturing, characterization, and application.

Objective

The goal of this course is to enable participants to understand and discuss with technical professionals the basic components of modern electronic devices.
