Abstract

This course imparts a variety of teaching skills which will help Doctoral Teaching Assistants with their teaching tasks.

- Basics of student learning processes - Active student engagement - Assessing students’ progress

Content

Three live sessions: Kick-Off (mandatory, online): 7 March 2023, 12:00-13:30. Microteaching (optional, online): 30th of March, 12:15-15:00. Consolidation Workshop (mandatory, in person - on site): 12th of May, one workshop in the morning 9:15-12:00 or workshop in the afternoon from 13:15-16:00. For those participants who cannot attend in person on the 12th: We offer an online alternative on the 11th of May from 13:15-16:00. You need to register for one of the workshops in Moodle (during the semester). You will work in groups and by your own.
