Abstract

Key terms: Sustainable business strategies

Module 8 provides the basis for the development of robust long-term strategies for implementing digitalisation in projects and companies. The participants learn how to evaluate these strategies independently and critically. Learners will be able to understand needs and requirements for new strategy development and apply them in practice: - Pattern Recognition - Strategy development / Design Thinking, Designing a Business - culture change - Knowledge Management

Content

We learn methods that help to support strategies and visions of organisations, business units, projects or to start such. Regardless of whether it is about internal cooperation, supporting innovative strategies or about forward-looking and cooperative decision-making, we learn to recognise relevant patterns and to adapt and use them meaningfully according to the respective challenges.
