Abstract
This course teaches the basics of strategic product marketing and financial planning.
Objective
• Students can describe the core principles and basic techniques of product marketing. • Students can apply selected strategic marketing planning tools. • Students can describe the basic techniques of financial portfolio assessments and explain how this is linked to new product planning and development strategies.
Content
Strategic product marketing; Market research techniques; Customer segmentation and product positioning; Communication of product features and customer benefits; Market dynamics and competitive reaction; Principles of project finance, forecasting and portfolio strategies.
