Abstract

Students will be ableto identify and enumerate important anatomical structuresto describe basic physiological processes of the human bodyto use a 3d animation database/softwareto use 'anatomical language'to retrieve anatomical structuresto understand basic medical terminology

Objective

To understand basic principles and structure of the human body in consideration of the clinical relevance and the medical terminology used in medical work and research.

- The Human Body: nomenclature, orientations, tissues - Musculoskeletal system, Muscle contraction - Blood vessels, Heart, Circulation - Blood, Immune system - Respiratory system - Acid-Base-Homeostasis
