Content
The course provides basic knowledge on federal and national legislation with an impact on the use and manage-ment on forests and natural resources and landscapes. The relevant legal practice of the Federal Court is part of the lecture. The theoretical knowledge will be deepened by means of a variety of case studies and reports worked out by the students.
