Abstract

This module introduces students to the basic theories and competencies of public sector management, with an emphasis on negotiation and communication, through lectures, case studies and group exercises.

Objective

By the end of the module students are able to plan, manage and assess projects and negotiations, and have accurately reflected on their management and communication strengths and deficits.
