Module 9: Success Stories
Modul 9: Erfolgsmodelle
Last Updated: 2026-02-05 16:08:46
Abstract
Key terms: Resources and competences, measurement criteria, feedback
Objective
Module 9 focuses on experienced and lived success. In 8 modules, different strategy developments and their perspectives were intensively discussed, knowledge was shared and methodological competence was built up. In the second to last module, the most important points are summarised again in a quick run-through and openly discussed whether and what has already changed. Learners are enabled to understand topics of strategic development and to apply them in practice: - Success factors - Measurement criteria (Qualitative to Quantitative: making measurable what cannot be measured) - COINS (Context, Observation, Impact, Next, Stay)
Content
Experience shows that implementing a digitalisation strategy in a project or company can be successful when the project goals, protagonists and resources have been correctly understood, so that easily achieved added value can be created at an early point. Successful examples will be studied, as well as the formulation of pilot projects, software adaptation, investment and critical pathways. The role of specific tools such as information delivery manuals (IDMs) is explained.
