Module 6 describes how processes change as a result of digitalised information and reliable teamwork. Learners are enabled to understand terms, processes or competences and to apply them in practice: - Lean Construction Process, People, Metrics, IPD

Content

Lean Construction Management is a method that takes a new look at the entire process in construction projects and ensures stable and effective planning, construction site and management operations. It involves working out all information, plans, models and relevant data as efficiently as possible and at the same time only as detailed as necessary. As a method, it enhances the Integrated Project Delivery IPD approach. Learners are enabled to understand terms, processes or competences and to apply them in practice: - Lean Construction Process, People, Metrics, IPD
