Abstract

Basic education in swimming: swimming, diving, water polo and artistic swimming

Objective

All kind of swimming: - learns to know and understand the individual basic techniques - improvement of technical skills and crafts

Content

- Schwimmen: Erwerben und festigen der Schwimmtechniken Rücken, Brust und Kraul sowie Grundform Delfin. Erwerben und Festigen Start und Wenden Kraul und Brust. - Wasserspringen: Erwerben und festigen Grundtechniken Eintauchen und Abspringen aus verschiedenen Ausgangspositionen und Absprunghöhen. Einzelne Kernsprünge. - Wasserball: Erwerben und festigen Dribbeln, Wassertreten, Ballaufnahme und Werfen. Spielformen Wasserball. - Artistic Swimming: Erwerben und festigen Wassertreten, Paddeln, einzelne Grundfiguren.
