Abstract

Students are familiar with the main elements of systematic model based control system design for industrial processes and plants from lectures and case studies, and are familiar with Simulink / Matlab.

Students are familiar with the main elements of systematic model based control system design for industrial processes and plants from lectures and case studies, and are familiar with Simulink / Matlab.

Content

Modelling and design of control systems for elementary networks / modular modelling of larger plants in hydro and thermal power systems, for transport and distribution of fluids and in heating, climatisation and process control / design of model based local control systems with classical and state feedback design methods / case studies with presentations / Proficiency in using Simulink /Matlab
