Abstract

This modules enables participants-To cunduct independently a seismic evaluation of an existing structure located in Switzerland considering the boundary conditions that influence the seismic behavior of the structure

Objective

The objective of this Module is to supervise the participants of the CAS Programme in the conduction of a Seismic Evaluation and the proposal of seismic retrofitting strategies for an existing structure located in Switzerland. During this individual project exercise, the Participants will get the opportunity to implement the knowledge obtained in the Course and demonstrate the competencies they developed in this CAS Programme.
