Abstract
Analysis of case-control and cohort studies. The most relevant measuresof effect (odds and rate ratios) are introduced, and methods foradjusting for confounders (Mantel-Haenszel, regression) are thoroughlydiscussed. Advanced topics such as measurement error and propensityscore adjustments are also covered. We will outline statistical methodsfor case-crossover and case series studies etc.
