Abstract

The course will provide hands-on training for advanced students (e.g. master, doctoral or post-doctoral level) in genomic data analysis. The focus is on high-throughput sequencing applications and data analysis with a strong emphasis on reproducibility and report writing.

Objective

The learning target is to understand the analysis of high-throughput molecular sequence data. We cover the fundamentals of bio-computing, and reproducibility is an integral part of the course. Exercises will help to better understand the theory. It is, however, not a copy-paste course, but a more applied data analysis with discussion.
