Methods of Linear Algebra and Applications; in particular bilinear forms, Jordan normal form, tensor calculus, decompositions of the general linear group.

Lineare Gleichungssysteme; Matrizen; Grundbegriffe betreffend Gruppen, Ringe und Körper; Vektorräume; lineare Abbildungen, Determinanten; Eigenvektoren, Eigenwerte, charakteristisches Polynom; Skalarprodukt, Euklidische und unitäre Räume und Abbildungen; Hauptachsentransformation, Bilinearformen. Klassifikation von Endomorphismen, Jordansche Normalform; multilineare Algebra, Tensorprodukte, äussere Produkte.
