Abstract

To acquire basic movements on various apparatuses and in acrobatics as well as to create individual and cooperative combinations according to qualitative criteria.

Objective

The students should be able to: - acquire and consolidate apparatus related core movements as well as apply and create such combinations - utilize their own strength as well as the resulting impact in a differentiate way in order to precisely move the swinging, flying, falling and twisting body - gain orientation safety and equilibrium while twisting and flying

Content

- Rhythmised attainment of specific acrobatic requirements with music - Change of positions on the trampoline respecting coordinative aspects - Accomplishment of an Indoor Parkour
