Abstract

About the reflected creation of spaces. In the patio. We study and design spaces of retreat and community.

Objective

The students develop a design based on the spatial topic IM PATIO with the integrated disciplines of structural design and construction. They deal with the spatial issue, a material, its structure and constructive logic. The aim is to arrive at a design for all designs based on an architectural idea and the logic of the material and to visualize it at the end

Content

About the reflected creation of spaces. In the patio. We study and design spaces of retreat and community. Integrated discipline (3 ETCS points): Professorship for structural design, Prof. Schwartz, Ole Ohlbrock. Integrated construction (3 ETCS points): Chair of Building Technology and Construction, Lecturer Mettler / Studer, assistants: Cristiano Aires Teixeira, Stefanie Girsberger.
