Abstract
Human history shows that dancing, like playing, seems to be a basic human need. Dance can express what is beyond words. Dancing includes expression, strength, endurance, coordination and rhythmic movements to music - paired with a lot of creativity and joy of life.Training, introduction and application of different dance styles and dance techniques.
Objective
• Increase technical and coordinative competence for music in general and given dance combinations; Promote quality / initiative regarding your own learning in the event individually. • Dancing is part of modern physical education, this fact should be conveyed to all students (deepen and anchor the joy of dancing) • Extend diversity of movement and repertoire: learn the basics of selected dance styles and apply them (target level adequate) • Promote, reflect on your own body language through dance and use it as a means of expressing emotionsCouple Dance: The focus here is on promoting social awareness, cooperation, respect, tolerance and trust in yourself and your counterpart. • Parameters: space-time-force: get to know various design and organizational possibilities in the area of performing & dancing • The students experience possible theoretical and practical forms of self-assessment and external assessment in the area of "acting and dancing".
Content
• Dance technique training to increase one's own body awareness (posture, movement and tension awareness) • Basics of techniques of individual dance styles: hip hop / dance basics / jazz dance / couple dance (leading and being led) • Acquisition of a basic step repertoire, which can be used in different ways (assignment of names and dance movements) • Couple Dance: The focus here is on promoting social awareness, cooperation, respect, tolerance and trust in yourself and your counterpart. • Development of dance choreographies and small dances "stimulating instead of exciting" (dances with and without material from the teaching material "dance360-school")

Sport Practical (The Teaching Diploma in Sport will only be granted to students holding a Master, Diploma or Licentiate degree in Human Movement Sciences and Sport or Health Sciences and Technology . Additionally, a Sport Practical encompassing 56 CP's is required. The Sport Practical can be partly conducted during the Bachelor and Master programmes in Sport.)
