Abstract

The assessment II 'achievement' allows students to continue their studies in the basic subjects of athletics, fitness, swimmng and trend sports. Aim is to acquire the basic skills for the respective sports discipline.

Objective

The assessment monitors both the physical fitness of the students and their skills in the fields of athletics and fitness, which forms the basis for a successful rounding off of the respective direction of study.

Content

Im Assessment II Leisten werden einige Elemente der Sportarten Fitness und Leichtathletik erworben. Unter anderem Grundschritte Aerobic, wesentliche Übungen zur Körperkräftigung, Gewandtheit, Hochsprung, Kugelstossen und Ausdauer.

Additionally, a Sport Practical encompassing 56 CP's is required. The Sport Practical can be partly conducted during the Bachelor and Master programmes in Sport.)
