Abstract

Acquirement and Application of new movements on different apparatuses and on the trampolineApplication and Creation of established basic skills

Objective

The students should be able to: - enhance their repertoire on apparatus specific movements - deepen their existing store of movements - improve their individual performance competencies - realise and comprehend transfer characteristics within the movement learning process - work up methodically and didactically a chosen skill

Content

- further core movements und its combinations on high bar, parallel bars, uneven bars, swinging rings and on the trampoline - combination of landing positions and the acquirement of somersaults on the trampoline - handsprings and (free) somersaults back- and forwards, respectively twists back- and forwards on different apparatuses - integrated theoretical coherences of the qualitative movement learning process - conveyance of methodical and didactical principles as well as topic specific criteria
