Introduction to principles of workout theory / practical exercise experience in the fields of strength, endurance, speed, and motility / undergoing a complete workout cycle / specific methods such as intermitted workouts etc. / training in different environments / workout monitoring and performance tests

The participants' practical experience of basic workout principles will enhance their competence in scheduling and structuring workout sessions and programs.
