Genetic Diversity: Analysis

Abstract
This course provides training in genomic data analysis for more advanced students (master, doctoral or post-doctoral level). The format is a one week block-course. It will cover different aspects of genomic data analysis with the focus on next (and third) generation sequencing.
Objective
The learning target is to teach students the most important skill set to analyse high throughput molecular sequence data.
