Objective

Studierende lernen grundlegende Methoden der Biotechnologie bei Pflanzen kennen und anwenden.

Content

Zell-, Protoplasten-, Antheren- und Mikrosporenkulturen, Totipotenz, somatische Hybridisierung, Gentransfermethoden (chemische, ballistische, Agrobacterium), molekulare und phänologische Analyse transgener Pflanzen, molekulare Marker, PCR, transiente und stabile Transformation, Konstruktion von Transformationsvektoren, Plasmidpräparation, u.a.m.
