Objective
Technology Management III imparts understanding of the accelerating complexity and dynamics needed by the companies for the application of technological product innovation. A project-oriented training is followed based on different technologies of the various ETH institutes to plan a new business and to solve interdisciplinary management problems.
Content
Technology situation: new product-functions and technological realization, technology-potential und technological success factors, process-technologies and production-steps. Market situation: homogenous customer needs and value, market-segmentation, market potential and volume, concepts of market-introduction. Business planning: options of organization, variants of capital needs, opinions of risk, business plan.
