Abstract

The course gives a detailed introduction on various aspects of professional project management out of theory and practise. Established concepts and methods for project organization, planning, execution and evaluation are introduced and major challenges discussed. The course includes an introduction on specialised project management software.

Vermittlung von vertieften Kenntnissen über Modelle und Methoden der Projektführung. Einbezug von Anwendungsaspekten. Einführung in Projektmanagement-Software Voraussetzungen: Einführung in die Industrieökonomie oder Einführung in die Volkswirtschaftslehre

Content

Darstellung typischer Gefahren und Schwierigkeiten im Projekt-geschehen. Ablaufmodelle zur Gestaltung des Projektvorgehens. Modelle der institutionellen Projektorganisation. Aufgaben der Institutionen. Einbindung externer Beteiligter. Projektplanung (Projektstruktur, Terminplanung, Ressourcenplanung, Kostenplanung). Projektkontrolle. Die Bedeutung von PC-Tools für die Projektsteuerung, Anwendungsübungen am PC. Projektinformation und -administration. Gestaltung der Projektgruppenarbeit.
