Abstract

Transfer of detailled knowledge of construction methods and processes of Special Underground and Deep Foundation Construction Methods as well as core competences of Drill, Support, Grouting and Seperation Techniques. No-Dig Methods like Pipe Jacking, HDD etc. Pros and cons as well as technical and economical aspects of the different construction methods will be discussed.

Objective

Advanced knowledge of Special Underground and Deep Foundation Construction Methods as well as the professional skill to apply the construction methods under various project specific boundery conditions.

- Methods of ground investigation - Pipe jacking / Micro tunnelling - Deep foundations / Diaphragma walls - MIP - Anchors - Cut and cover tunnels - Caissons
