Abstract
Introduction to fundamental aspects of the strategy, product and service provision, and support processes of construction companies. Explanation of the strategy and marketing tools, new approaches to strategic positioning based on cooperation, outsourcing and new business models. In addition, operative elements of the organization and bid, production and risk management processes are illustrated.
Objective
To understand and explain the reasoning behind the principal business processes and their market interactions. Implementation of fundamental strategic and operative planning processes under market-oriented and resource-oriented aspects.
