Anwendung, Nachweis, Eigenschaften und Reinigung von industriellen Enzymen.

Content

Enzymatische Herstellung von Fruktosesirup. Transesterification in organische Lösungsmittel. Kinetik von Lactat Dehydrogenase. Ionenaustausch-Chromatographie und Gelfiltrierung. Isolierung von E. coli b-Galactosidase mittels Affinitätschromatography. Hydroxylierung und Epoxydierung von aliphatischen Substanzen.
