Internationaler Agrarhandel und Strukturwandel

The course focuses on the legal aspects of agricultural trade agreements.

In this course we discuss economic systems and economic policy orders. Then follow specific concepts and measures of the environemental policy. In the third part we deal with the concepts of national and the worldwide agricultural policies, including historical developments and goal systems. We use the new political economy to explain the negotiationes within the WTO.
