With this course (physical exam for internists) the basics of examination including inspection, palpation, auscultation, measurements with simple clinical tools and application of additional instruments are delivered for eight „organ-groups“ (metabolism, respiration, digestion, lymphatic system, neuro-system, urogenital tract Kopf und circulation).

The modul deals with the importance of patient care by combining patient and interprofessional perspectives as well as the cooperation with other healthcare professions, at any moment (out- and inpatient treatment) as the patient progress along a care pathway.
